The turning point came during my hypnotherapy certification. When an instructor casually mentioned that “hypnosis *is* energy work,” everything clicked. Mind, energy, matter, it’s all interconnected; it’s all Mind. I realized the key to transforming our reality lies within harnessing the power and intelligence of our own minds.
